Dr. Corey Kisser

Dr. Kisser grew up in rural Alberta and graduated magna cum laude with his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Burman University. He furthered his education and graduated with distinction from Pacific University with his Doctor of Optometry. During Dr. Kisser's time at Pacific University, he was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society and Amigos Eye Care, which provides eye care at no cost to underserved people throughout the world.

Upon graduation in 2013 Dr. Kisser moved to the Yukon and joined Northern Lights Optometry as an associate. Dr. Kisser's clinical rotations were full scope Optometry with an emphasis on ocular disease and surgical co-management. Dr. Kisser interest in ocular disease has continued and he enjoys staying current with continuing educations courses on utilizing new technologies that allow for early detection and treatment of ocular conditions.

Dr. Kisser has enjoyed being able to serve Yukoners and meet their individual vision needs. In his off time, Corey enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing, mountain biking, playing hockey and softball.
